DORA ŠTENCLOVÁ

Dora is a CrossFit Level 4 Trainer, CrossFit Seminar Staff Flowmaster, Country Manager for CrossFit in Eastern Europe, and owner and head coach of Metronome CrossFit. Her passion is helping people become stronger, healthier, and happier through fitness and community.

She has been a member of the CrossFit Seminar Staff since 2018, teaching and developing trainers around the world. She also holds certifications in Precision Nutrition, CrossFit Weightlifting, CrossFit Kids, CrossFit Gymnastics, and fitness training.

A lifelong athlete, Dora discovered CrossFit in 2012 and was immediately drawn to its combination of challenging workouts, measurable progress, and strong community. While studying Marketing and PR at Charles University and working in marketing, she began coaching CrossFit part-time in 2013 and soon realized that helping others achieve their goals both inside and outside the gym was what she wanted to do long term.

In 2019, she founded Metronome CrossFit with the mission of providing high quality coaching in an environment where people can improve their fitness, have fun, and build lasting relationships.

NIKOL SANCHEZ RUIZ

CF-L3

Nikol's passion for movement led her to study the human body and pursue a career in coaching. After earning her personal fitness trainer certification in 2015, she began helping others live healthier, happier lives through fitness.

With a background in martial arts, dance, and obstacle course racing, Nikol discovered CrossFit in 2017 while recovering from ACL surgery. She immediately fell in love with the methodology, the challenge, and the community. CrossFit not only helped her become stronger and fitter but also taught her resilience and confidence.

In 2019, she decided to fully dedicate her career to CrossFit and earned her CrossFit Level 1 Trainer credential. Shortly afterward, she found her home at Metronome CrossFit. Since then, she has continued to develop her coaching skills, becoming a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer and Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified Coach in 2021, a CrossFit Level 3 Trainer in 2023, and a member of the CrossFit Seminar Staff in 2024.

Nikol is passionate about helping others discover what they are capable of and supporting them in achieving their fitness and health goals.

TEREZA ZLAMALOVÁ

CF-L2

CrossFit has been a part of Terka's life since she started at the age of 13. What began as a sport quickly became a passion, leading her to compete in both CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting for several years.

At 17, she decided to pursue a career in coaching and earned her CrossFit Level 1 Trainer credential. Since then, she has enjoyed helping people improve their fitness, build confidence, and achieve their goals.

Committed to continuous learning and professional development, Terka earned her CrossFit Level 2 Trainer credential in 2022 and is currently studying physiotherapy. She enjoys helping members better understand their bodies, move with confidence, and make fitness a sustainable part of their lives.

KAČKA LISOVÁ

CF-L2

Kačka is a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, professional fighter and coach, stuntwoman, and someone who is always looking for the next challenge.

Adventure and pushing limits have always been a big part of her life. Recently, she completed her first half Ironman and currently holds two world records: climbing Mount Kilimanjaro as part of an expedition in under 24 hours in 2023, and climbing Mount Fuji under cold exposure wearing only underwear and shorts in 2024.

Over the years, Kačka has gained extensive experience in teaching and coaching, helping people improve their fitness, performance, and confidence. Whether working with beginners or experienced athletes, she is passionate about helping others challenge themselves, discover their potential, and achieve their goals.

TEREZA STARÁ

CF-L1

Tereza began her coaching journey in 2023 and has been a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer ever since. Alongside coaching, she is currently completing her bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of New York in Prague, giving her a deeper understanding of human behavior, motivation, and performance.

Her approach goes beyond training alone. As a certified nutrition advisor, Tereza believes that long term health and performance are built not only in the gym, but also through proper nutrition, recovery, and mindset. She takes a holistic approach to coaching, helping members develop sustainable habits that support both their fitness goals and overall well-being.

With a background in functional fitness and outdoor sports, her goal is to help people build well rounded physical capacity, move with confidence, and develop a stronger connection with their bodies.

DAVID POKORNÝ

CF-L2

David is a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer with a lifelong background in sports and athletic performance. His athletic journey began in ice hockey, a sport he dedicated more than twenty years to, including several years competing in the United States.

His passion for movement and performance led him abroad, where he studied Sports Science in Scotland and later earned a Master's degree in Sports Medicine in Sweden. After returning to the Czech Republic, he fully immersed himself in CrossFit, both as a competitive athlete and as a coach.

Before moving to Prague and joining Metronome CrossFit, David coached at CrossFit Plzeň, helping athletes of all levels improve their fitness, technique, and confidence.

Drawing on his experience in sports performance, coaching, and movement science, David is passionate about helping members build strength, move better, and achieve their goals both inside and outside the gym.

JAKUB TOMKA

CF-L1

Jakub's athletic journey began on the basketball court, but over time he found his true passion in combat sports such as MMA, K-1, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. After university, he made the decision to put his own competitive ambitions on hold and focus on helping others grow, improve, and achieve their goals.

Through both one-on-one coaching and group training, Jakub has worked with athletes of all levels, developing a structured yet adaptable approach that meets each individual where they are and helps them progress with confidence.

His CrossFit journey started right here at Metronome CrossFit. From the very beginning, he was drawn to the intensity of the training, the constant challenge of self-improvement, and the strong sense of community that makes the sport unique.

As a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, Jakub believes that CrossFit is for everyone, whether the goal is to compete at a high level or simply become a little better than the day before. He is passionate about helping members move better, get stronger, and enjoy the process along the way.
