We have a proven system to get you up to speed.
Start with 6-week course
Our 6-Week Start Program gives you perfect introduction to CrossFit. You will be guided by our expert coaches to learn proper technique of all foundational movements. Begin with three small-group or one-on-one fundamentals sessions to learn the basics, then join 13 regular group classes where you’ll build strength, improve your technique, and feel yourself getting fitter every week.
